We supply and install FFC coated fire rated ductwork systems, which are designed to be used as normal ventilation ducts, smoke extract/outlet ducts and kitchen extract duct systems. These systems are offered as a 2 hour or 4 hour option, insulated or non-insulated and fully conform with the industry standard BS476: Part 24: 1987 (ISO 6944:1985).

Currently testing to BS EN1366 standards for forthcoming industry changes.

On completion of these systems a conformance certificate will be issued to include within O&M manuals, and to satisfy Building Control requirements.

Suppliers and installers of all ductwork components, including all types of dampers and associated actuators.

We install all types of plant equipment such as AHU’s, VAV units and high specification displacement columns/units.

Based upon a clients design we can also supply a range of plant equipment which includes fans, attenuators and 2nd fix grilles and plenum boxes.

Suppliers of Stainless Steel systems which are installed to client specifications and industry standards. This includes the supply and installation of all associated dampers, required for air balancing and fire control.

Manufacture and installation of low, medium and high pressure galvanised ductwork systems conforming to DW144 specification and installation guidelines.

These systems include rectangular, spiral and flat oval ductwork, which can also be provided with a decorative powder coated finish or protective finish for external applications and installations within a corrosive environment.

We also supply and install UPVC plastic fume extract ductwork systems and the relatively new fabric ductwork systems. These are all supplied and installed to the industry standard DW154 by our fully qualified and skilled site teams.
